David is a real estate veteran who possesses keen market knowledge and a wealth of negotiation and transactional experience.
Over the years, he has represented buyers and sellers on numerous deals and honed his broad skillset in home evaluation, negotiation, marketing processes, design, construction, renovation, and speculative investment. David structures deals with precision guidance and oversight, working 24/7 to anticipate and solve problems before they arise and ensure a smooth, seamless process from beginning to end. In addition he has personally purchased, renovated, and sold for profit in excess of 50 homes.
David graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, and American University with a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Development. Sonia Hall, Sales Associate – Realtor®
A lifelong aficionado of architecture and design, Sonia studied Interior Design at the New York Institute of Technology, and collaborates in the reconfiguration, design and development of residential properties.
As a Realtor®, she brings a unique advantage, seeing the potential of a property beyond its current physical conditions. Her goal is to satisfy the desires of every client and provide comprehensive, detail-oriented service that exceeds that of an ordinary real estate transaction.
Raised in Torino, Italy, Sonia is fluent in Italian plus speaks conversational French. With her previous career in the fashion industry representing Italian designers, she perfected her sales and marketing capabilities and built a reputation for meeting clients’ needs and guiding them through their selection process.
Sonia is a true people connector who loves being “in the know” when it comes to all the new events, restaurants and businesses. She enjoys networking, collaborating and sharing the latest information with her friends and clients.
Besides her creative flair, Sonia has an analytical mind as well and is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor in Business Studies in Economics.
